Shopping Centres
At Protopaps LLP our Real Estate team have knowledge and expertise in dealing with shopping centres, especially in and around the London area. Our Real Estate team has over the years acted for various tenants taking shopping centre leases. This has allowed us to understand various legal issues relating exclusively to shopping centres.
Our Real Estate team was instructed on the acquisition of the Brunswick Centre, Bloomsbury in 2014 for a purchase price of just over £135 million. Following this, our Real Estate team have acted for Landlords in relation to various shopping centre leases granted to tenants, some of which have been subject to planning and construction works. We have also advised clients in respect of licences for stalls operating in shopping centres and trade markets.
Along with expertise in dealing with Real Estate matters relating to shopping centre acquisitions and leasing, our team deals with shopping centre trade marks and in particular, trade mark applications and disputes.
